Working in Groups Teams – Five Bases of Power

“Evaluate Team Member Effectiveness” self-assessment results:
According to the results of the self-assessment, it concluded that i am a highly effective team member. I agree with the results because i do always do my best to contribute with the team. Also, i do believe that i communicate effective with my team mates and i take feedback and criticism as a learning tool that can help me to improve for the better. In addition, i always wants to be involved in what is going on with the team and i believe that it is good when all of the team members know what is going on. In regards to quality, i always attempt to give my best because that can be as an example for other team members, and also because i do want our project to be executed perfectly, if possible. I am the type of person that can encourage my team members to do better and at the same time, i like when other team members encourage me to do better.
