Please go to the websites listed below and look at multiple examples of JHA formats in google images. You will see that the level of detail varies, but the main components include task, hazard, and control, at a minimum. Please make a “general” JHA template that you will use to successfully conduct a JHA on a walkthrough of an unknown industry (applicable to multiple job sites). This form/template will be used during a site visit within the next week or two.
