Medication : Amoxicillin/ Clavulanate Potassium 500 mg three times dailyFor 5 days . Metformin 500 mg twice daily with AM and PM meal .Ibuprofen 600 mgoral for foot pain . Metoprolol 50 mg twice daily . Spironolactone 25 mg oral once a dayin the morning .
