Use the notes and feedback left by the instructor in a previous assignment to reflect on what you have learned so far.
First reflect on any feedback, record your thoughts, responses and reactions. Be sure to note questions you have, or any confusion that may arise.
[There will be additional memos due throughout the course, so please take note to the differences between letters and memos. A memorandum should be titled as such. Additionally, a subject line should be more specific.
All correspondence should have an introduction, discussion and conclusion. These sections can be better indicated with the use of paragraphs. Using bullet points can also help break up the blocks of text.
